32-channel 24-Bit/192 KHz AES I/O card - PCI express The AES-32 HDSPe is a 32-channel 24 Bit 192 kHz I/O interface in AES format that can count on the high performance guaranteed by full support for the PCI Express protocol. It is a PCIe card equipped with 8 AES inputs and outputs up to 192 kHz. Equipped with MIDI I/O ports, word clock and TCO module (optional) for synchronizing to LTC and video signals. Finally, an AES interface with renowned RME quality. The AES-32 HDSP represents the definitive solution for all recording, broadcast and TV studios and, wherever required, interfacing with machines that adopt the professional AES standard. The interface consists of a main PCI Express card equipped with word clock and D-sub 25-pin I/O connections for 4 inputs (XLRF) and 4 AES outputs (XLR-M). The expansion card adds 9-16 channels and 2 MIDI I/O ports (via additional cable). Thanks to the TotalMix (mixer based on the integrated DSP and completely remotable via MIDI) all 16 physical inputs can be freely routed to each of the 16 outputs, offering monitoring functionality never seen before. A breakout box is available from a 19" rack unit with connections accessible from both the front and rear panels: the BOB-32, with D-sub connections with Tascam and Yamaha pinouts, can also be used with other third-party digital equipment.
