MV50 Brian May is the 50W mini tube head for electric guitar created in collaboration with Brian May of Queen of Vox. It features a guitar input, headphone/line output (stereo) and output for connecting to the cabinet, gain, volume, tone and KAT treble boost controls (Knight Audio Technologies). Powered by the Nutube 6P1, MV50 Brian May also has a switch to activate the echo and an EQ switch to switch from flat to deep mode (with deeper bass). The ideal solution for having stadium sound enclosed in a headboard of very small dimensions and weight.

Powered by Vox's Nutube technology - a revolutionary new valve that produces an authentic tube tone at a fraction of the size and power - the MV50 Brian May is based on the MV50 circuit and the tone of the AC30, but with the addition of a KAT (Knight Audio Technologies) treble boost, which can be turned on or off, allowing guitarists to achieve Brian May's instantly recognizable tone. With a refined control panel equipped with gain, tone and volume controls, the MV50 also has an equalization switch that can be switched from flat (perfect for larger cabling) to deep (ideal for obtaining a deeper tone even from a smaller wiring). With an output of 50 W at 4 ohms, the MV50 has great power despite its small size, making it perfect for concerts, rehearsals and even home exercises. Thanks to the simulation of the cabinet in the headphone/line output, the MV50 Brian May can be recorded directly, without the need to microphone a cabinet.
