BEYOND THE WARRANTY" is a service that adds 2 years of technical assistance to the legal warranty of the seller. In case of impossibility of repairing the product, a purchase voucher will be recognized to be spent at your dealer.

For the entire life of the product, a 30% discount will also be recognized on related out-of-warranty and out-of-service assistance interventions. The service is tied to a single product, therefore, in case of sale it transfers to the new buyer.

ACTIVATION METHODS

The customer can activate the coupon by choosing from 3 different methods:

- by scanning the QR code with their smartphone

- by registering on the website www.oltrelagaranzia.it/attiva

- through the attached form to be sent by registered letter. A new account will then be activated through which to make repair requests, follow the status of the product and take advantage of discounts.

REPAIR REQUEST METHODS

In case of repair, it is possible to submit the request by logging in with the account created during activation on the website www.oltrelagaranzia.it or by sending an email to assistenza@oltrelagaranzia.it or by contacting the telephone number: +39 071 7926753.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE

The technical assistance service has a duration of two years starting from the expiration of the manufacturer's legal warranty and cannot exceed 48 months from the date of purchase of the new product.

The service is only applicable to new products.

The coupon must be purchased based on the product price range, for products up to 500€, 1000€, 2000€ or 5000€.

The coupon can be purchased within 1 year from the date of purchase of the new product and must be activated within 30 days.

During the validity of the technical assistance service, the customer can repair the product without any additional cost, after submitting the repair request.

Repairs that concern faults not covered by the legal warranty, repairs caused by incorrect use or by the customer's intent and repairs related to normal product wear and tear are excluded from the assistance service. In case the product is not repairable or if the cost of the repair exceeds the value of the product itself, during the validity of the technical assistance extension, the customer can obtain a replacement product with a refund of the value of the purchase price of the new product, reduced by 15% for each year. The refund will be recognized through a voucher to be used within 3 months of its release, at our store. In any case, the refund cannot exceed the value of the coupon (500€, 1000€, 2000€ or 5000€). The 30% discount is immediately applied at the activation of the coupon to all interventions excluded from the assistance service (accidental damage, replacement of consumables, etc ...) or not covered by the legal warranty.
