PRS HDRX 20 captures the flexibility, power and balance of the British-inspired tone of the late '60s in a low-wattage format. It is equipped with a recently documented 'Authentic Hendrix' circuit. The EQ section features treble, midrange and bass controls, a two-way bright switch, a high-mid gain switch, and a presence control. These features mirror the original amplifier and offer the musician flexibility and control over their sound. The PRS HDRX 20 is designed with internally bridged channels with individual volume, treble and bass controls. This eliminates the need for a cable (historically used outside the amplifier to bridge the two channels) and makes it easier to adjust distortion and timbre by adjusting the volume controls of the two channels. The Master Volume can be used to control the power amp section of the amplifier: in this way it is possible to reach lower volumes without having to use an attenuator
