OVERVIEW OF THE PRS 10TH ANNIVERSARY S2 CUSTOM 24 LIMITED EDITION BONNI PINK CHERRY BURST

The S2 series was founded in 2013 to offer musicians the feel and attention to detail of PRS craftsmanship in a fresh and linear design. Since its introduction, the series has grown from original models - including the S2 Custom 24 - to more than a dozen options. The 10th Anniversary S2 Custom 24 has been specially designed to celebrate the series' milestone and to offer more tone, more beauty and more value than ever

The 10th Anniversary S2 Custom 24 is based on the original specifications of the S2 Custom 24, maintaining the Maple top, the Mahogany back, the 25" scale, the 24-key Pattern Thin neck, the patented molded tremolo PRS bridge and the PRS low-mass locking tuners. Special features include a Cuban Mahogany neck, mother-of-pearl Birds inlays and, most importantly, US-made PRS 85/15 pickup and electronics. The 85/15 pickups combine the design of vintage and modern pickups to provide exceptional clarity and an extended frequency range. Developed with the PRS TCI process, the PRS 85/15 offer balanced, full-spectrum clarity. They are perfect for modern players who use a pedalboard and have enough character to offer even when they go straight into an amplifier. For the first time in the S2 series, the pickups were paired with a volume, tone selector, and a 5-way blade switch (compared to the 3-way push/pull tone selector). 1,000 limited-edition S2 Custom 24 10th Anniversary instruments will be made.

The S2 series, which means “Stevensville 2", takes its name from a second production line created within the PRS production facility in Stevensville, Maryland, which has combined new production techniques with quality control and a process designed to create tools at a new price level. Over the past ten years, the S2 series has grown to be integrated into a single production line with PRS Core and Bolt-On instruments
