From a power point of view, R6 offers 150% more current than necessary for a 6-module chassis to always guarantee sufficient current even in the event of a higher consumption than expected.
To always keep the current under control and easily identify if there are problems with some modules, R6 is equipped with a series of LEDs on the front panel that show the current actually used. The internal power supply has been carefully designed and doubly shielded to avoid electromagnetic interference, even in the closest spaces. Thanks to these LEDs, you can get the best out of your 500 series modules.

Connections like never before!
With an overabundance of connections available, the rear panel is practically a stand-alone patchbay. R6 has 8 balanced I/O connections in DB-25, XLR and TRS format, all active and therefore interchangeable. This versatility is particularly useful when you want to take R6 with you to another studio and you are not sure of the type of connections available or if there is a need to convert connections between the various TRS, DB-25, XLR formats or even into another format, using the THRU functionality on channels 7- 8.

Solid steel construction
The frame is all made of steel with rubber feet on 2 sides, to support the unit both horizontally and vertically, and it also has a solid foldable handle to carry it with you. All connectors and accessories are of the highest quality and guarantee long-lasting reliability.

Because R6 is built to 500 series specifications, it will work perfectly with any properly designed module. For those slightly oversized modules, R6 has movable screw slots for easier installation.
