'Presented in the 1950s as one of the top models in the Guild catalog, the X-350 Stratford is now more elegant than ever! Full hollow-body with an elegant arched solid spruce top with spruce chains, the bands are made of maple with an arched maple bottom, giving Stratford its iconic sound, generous and rich in harmonics, making it a reference for artists of the time. The three Franz P90 single coil pickups allow great versatility, from the most roaring sounds to the suggestive soft jazzy or Rockabilly atmospheres. The intuitive controls allow you to operate the three historic Franz P90 pickups with ease in any configuration. Complement to the sound possibilities of this guitar, the tune o matic bridge with the Guild Bigsby style vibrato lever for expressive playing. The Grover Vintage-Style mechanics are open with a ratio of 18:1. Other equipment includes f-holes, the iconic Guild mother-of-pearl headstock such as the Ebony keyboard inlay blocks, the three-piece mahogany neck (with a “Soft U” profile) with central maple reinforcement, the 43mm nut and the instrument scale is 629 mm.
