Focusrite Scarlett OctoPre Dynamic

Scarlett OctoPre Dynamic is an 8-channel analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog preamplifier and converter in ADAT format, equipped with 2nd generation Focusrite Scarlett preamplifiers and a soft-knee VCA analog compressor with Ratio ^{configurable to} 2:1 or 4:1 (More button) on each input channel. The compressor is individually manageable on each channel thanks to a dedicated potentiometer that, when rotated to the right, gradually lowers the threshold, increasing the gain after compression. The attack time is fixedly preset at 1.2 ms, while the release time is 28 ms. In addition to the 8 input channels, the Scarlett OctoPre Dynamic includes 8 direct line outputs that can be used, for example, for direct connection to a possible stage mixer in live use or in the rehearsal room, or as a standalone analog microphone preamplifier. In addition, these outputs can possibly be used for the conversion of the digital signal coming from the ADAT inputs on the rear panel
