32-channel AD/DA converter, 24Bit/192K MADI and Adat formats With twice as many I/O channels as our Pulse16 converter - and many new professional features - the A32 offers everything you need to become the new center of your studio, live-rig or OB van.
32×32 analog inputs and outputs are completed with 32×32 ADAT I/O channels (ADAT4 can be set to S/PDIF), a headphone output, optical and coaxial MADI I/O, redundant power and 4 high-resolution color TFT displays.
MADI & ADAT — the best connection.
The MADI connection allows the transfer of up to 64×64 audio channels over a coaxial cable or optical fiber, up to a maximum of 2,000 meters away.
Thanks to the MIDI-over-MADI it can be controlled remotely even at this long distance without the need to connect a separate remote control.
Adding the ADAT I/Os to the 32 analog I/Os, you have a total of 64 inputs and 64 outputs on a single MADI cable connection.
Control and Assignment
The A32 offers a sophisticated routing matrix for all inputs and outputs. Analog Devices' powerful SHARC® DSP offers enough processing power for all 258 audio channels.
The headphone output can monitor each mono, stereo or even a submix signal, instantly switching between them.
Don't underestimate the four high-resolution color TFT screens, which offer a full view at any time.
Features:
• Sample rates from 32 kHz up to 192 kHz
• 32 x 32 analog I/O channels
• 64 x 64 MADI I/O channels (optical or coaxial) • 32 x
