11201-06 Our vintage Vintage Telecaster Rhythm TV pickup highlights the warm and open tone of the best Telecasters of the year 54. To complete the distinct twang and punch of the Vintage 54 Lead, our Vintage Telecaster Rhythm vintage tele pickup has been designed for an open, smooth tone with warmer mids and airy highs. With its hand-ground alnico 5 rod magnets, this neck pickup will provide great full-sounding chords. When used in combination with the bridge pickup, you'll get that famous empty Tele sound. Warm enough for most rhythms, but also percussive enough for chicken picking. Keeping that authentic Tele feel, we hand-assemble the coil with the correct period color and thickness and Forbon and Alnico 5 rod magnets, then lace before wrapping. Let's add a deep drawn chrome brass cover, fabric pushback lead wires, then a wax jar like the originals.
