MOTU STAGE B-16

The Motu STAGE-B16 is three products in one: stage box, stand-alone mixer and audio interface with studio-quality performance up to 192 kHz, a powerful DSP for mixing and processing effects, and the ability to connect to digital snake, audio network or a host computer through AVB Ethernet or a fast USB 2.0 (compatible with USB 3.0 and iOS). From stage to studio, Stage-B16 provides superb audio quality for a reliable performance. The main features of the new Motu interface are Three products in one: - Stage box equipped with DSP with AVB Ethernet and “digital snake” connectivity. - 12-bus digital mixer with wireless control. - Universally compatible audio interface with Mac and Windows. High-quality analog performance up to 192 kHz - the XLR analog output produces a dynamic range of 123 dB.16 microphone inputs - each equipped with an individual preamplifier, 48V phantom power and a -20dB pad. This also includes 8 analog outputs on XLRs, 4 AES/EBU output channels. Precision Digital - the digitally controlled analog preamplifier provides accurate adjustments in 1 dB increments from the software application on your laptop, tablet or smartphone, with the ability to save the parameters. On-board DSP with mixing and effects - 48-input digital mixer, modeled after large format consoles, with 12 stereo buses and DSP effects that include reverb, 4-band EQ and compression. Control via web app: on-board DSP control, mixing, setting device and audio routing from the innovative application that can be used by a software of your choice of your laptop, tablet or smartphone connected via cable or with Wi-Fi. Stand-alone mixing with wireless control: Connect Apple Airport or other WiFi routers directly to Stage-B16 with a standard Ethernet cable and control the powerful routing, mixing and DSP effects from your smartphone or tablet without the aid of a computer. Stage-B16's mixing and DSP effects will give you the ultimate in audio quality and virtually unlimited headroom. Expandable system: Add another Stage-B16 or another MOTU AVB interface (1248, 8M, 16A, 24Ai, 24Ao, 112D, or Monitor 8) with a simple CAT-5e Ethernet cable. Connect up to 5 MOTU interfaces using an AVB Switch (sold separately) .AVB audio network: build a network with multiple interfaces with a standard AVB switch and network cabling, with a very low network latency even with long cables (100m) .Universal connection: connects to your computer with a fast USB 2.0 (compatible with USB 3.0). The standard firmware and drivers work with any audio software.AudioDesk: includes the AudioDesk workstation software with 24-bit recording, accurate editing, and 32-bit mixing and mastering.
