MOTU M2 is a high-performance USB-C sound card, with 2 inputs and 2 outputs, as well as a MIDI in/out connection. The most interesting features of MOTU M2 are contained in the 2 ultra-transparent and silent preamps (-129dBu EIN) with individual 48V Phantom power, in the ESS Sabre32 Ultra DAC converters with 120db of dynamic range also present in high-end models, in the color graphic display for more accurate metering, in the very low latency and in the general construction quality. The board is BUS powered and does not require an external power supply.
MOTU M2 is also equipped with a functional on/off button on the back and is assembled in the USA; the front headphone output is finally driven by the same ESS chip that deals with the D/A conversion. Along with the card, a rich package of software and plugins is included.
