The cello of the NxTA active series is available in 4 or 5 string versions, fretless or fretted and is built in the Czech Republic by the artisans of the renowned CR series.

The solid maple body provides a rich, full tone with every note, the asymmetric fretboard provides extraordinary ease of use in both high and low positions. Thanks to the truss rod, the keyboard can be adapted to any player and the height of the strings is readily

Polar Pickup System

The heart of this series is the Polar Pickup System, whose piezoelectric components convert the vibration of the string directly to the output signal. This provides a balanced and rich output, with a wide range of expressive opportunities. Arco and Pizzicato have different characteristic vibrations and the Polar Pickup System faithfully captures both

nXTA Dual Mode Output

The new DUAL MODE electronics bring greater versatility.

Active Mode: Using a charger, connect your instrument to the outlet for 60 seconds to charge the circuit for up to 16 hours of performance. The instrument can be connected to devices with high or low impedance, without the need for DI Box. Since there is no loss of signal in the instrument's frequency spectrum, the fundamentals of each note remain clear and strong, even with extra long cables.

Passive Mode: NxTA instruments can be played in “Passive Mode” by connecting them to a direct box or amplifier with high impedance input. This mode provides the same performance as the original NXT.

Eco Friendly operation: NxTA tools do not use batteries, eliminating battery problems and costs and at the same time protecting the environment.
