Nxt4a Electric Violin is the 4-string electric violin from NS Design's NxTA series, equipped with new active electronics. Manufactured according to precise criteria in the Czech Republic, the nXta series is able to offer physical and sound elegance, setting a new standard for performance and versatility.

OVERVIEW

Ergonomics and low weight are key factors for good performance for every electric violin. Thanks to the left-hand reference points and the removable frame, the NxTA series violins are easy to play. At 585 g, the NXT4a is one of the lightest string electric violins on the market.

KEY FEATURES OF THE NXT4a

Polar™ Pickup

The heart of this series is the Polar™ system, whose piezoelectric components convert string vibration directly to the output signal. This provides a balanced and rich output, with a wide range of expressive opportunities. Play with a bow or plucked, the strings vibrate differently and the Polar™ system, thanks to the two modes selectable via switch, faithfully captures the two types of vibrations.

nXTA Dual Mode Output

The new DUAL MODE electronics bring greater versatility. The active mode does not require a constant power supply: just connect the violin to the charger for 60 seconds for a performance of up to 16 hours. The instrument can be connected to devices with high or low impedance, without the need to use a DI Box. With no loss of signal, the sound remains rich in harmonics even with very long cables.

Custom Shoulder Rest

This instrument is one of the lightest on the market, and is supplied together with the NS Design backrest which, thanks to its padding and aluminum base, adapts perfectly to the musician's body.

Adjustable bridge

The bridge can be adjusted thanks to the special adjustment screws.
