Radial LX-3 is a high-level balanced line splitter designed to send an audio signal to up to three destinations at once. Completely passive, it does not require power: just plug it in and LX-3 is activated, sending audio wherever you

At the heart of the LX-3 is a high-quality Jensen® JT-123-FLPCH transformer, which offers the industry's best combination of frequency response, signal level management and low distortion, ensuring the best possible audio quality. It is equipped with two isolated outputs to eliminate hums and noises caused by ground loops, as well as a third direct output. All three XLR outputs have ground lift switches for additional noise suppression, and a selectable pad on the -12dB input that allows you to connect even the most powerful line signals without problems of overload or distortion. The LX-3 input is on an XLR/TRS combo jack connector, for connecting balanced and unbalanced cables: LX-3 automatically balances the signal to the isolated outputs, preventing interference and signal degradation

Like all Radial products, LX-3 is rugged and withstands years of touring use thanks to its 14-gauge steel construction. The book-like design ensures protection to connectors and switches even in the most difficult uses and the internal I-beam frame makes any type of torsion impossible, preventing damage to circuits and solders. The LX-3 can be rack-mounted in a Radial J-Rak™, which can accommodate up to 8 devices or a combination of LX-3 and other compatible Radial DI Boxes, for a simplified setup in perfect order.
