'A gorgeous double cutaway, the classic Guild Starfire V is a semi-hollow beauty with an extra thin 16 3/8" body and a pair of Guild LB-1 “Little Bucker” pickups that make it a perfect choice for rock, blues, roots and more. The Starfire V's all-mahogany body features arched top and bottom, with a pair of f-holes, elegant white ivory binding and central block construction to improve stability and sustain. Other equipment includes a three-piece mahogany/maple/mahogany neck with maple as a central reinforcement, the neck profile is vintage with its soft “U” profile, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with 9 1/2" radius and mother-of-pearl block inlay, three-way switch for pickups, individual tone and volume control for each pickup and master volume. The bridge is a tune-, or -Matic with rosewood base, Guild Bigsby Style nicknamed lever, Grover Sta-Tite with 18:1 ratio, mechanical controls ice-cream and a gorgeous Cherry Red glossy polyurethane finish.
