'Guild presents the Memoir series with this retro-looking slope-shoulder D-body dreadnought, the guitar features a solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides with a glossy polyurethane gloss finish (Glossy) Vintage Sunburst. The vintage-style rosette in mother-of-pearl as for the Guild script logo with a precise reference to the classic look of the instruments of the 1920s. The sound of the DS-240 is warm and colorful, the neck is in mahogany with C profile with satin finish, the bridge and keyboard are in Pau Ferro, the scale of the instrument is 629 mm, the 43 mm nut (nut) is in Graphtech's Nubone as for the crossbar, the open Guild "Butterbean" machines are nickel-plated with a ratio of 18:1 in perfect vintage style.
