The HCS 8/10/12/14/16 Smack Stack includes five discs shaped to achieve a distinctive sound. The sound of the Stack can be modified by acting on the butterfly of the cymbal stand. By increasing the tension you will get a drier and shorter sound, and by decreasing it you will get a bigger tail. Ideal in combination with a snare drum for enriched backbeats, or as an alternative to a snare drum itself. Use all five discs for a full sound and great sound projection, or vary the combination to get your own personal sound.
