The characteristics of the 8361 include two new retractable woofers - which generate a high SPL output with extremely low distortion - and a new coaxial component with midrange and tweeter capable of providing perfect control over directivity, low distortion, high SPL values and an extended frequency response up to 43 kHz. The MDE™ type chassis (Mininum Diffraction Enclosure) reduces any off-axis coloring and the entire front panel behaves like a large waveguide, thus offering an incredibly large and detailed sweetspot. Like all models in The Ones series, the precision of the 8361 helps to make decisions during recording and mixing with greater confidence and speed, making even the longest sessions less tiring - this is because the main cause of listening stress, namely an unnatural sound image, is reduced to a minimum.
