With two oscillators, six polyphony voices, a Steiner-Parker filter and a 24 dB per octave ladder filter, PolyBrute draws inspiration from the now traditional Brute line of the French company, setting a new standard for what the new 'flagship' of Arturia synthesizers now represents. Arturia's analog polyphonic has some really important features: the “Dual State” mode that allows for really interesting new creative possibilities, the “Morphée” touchpad that focuses everything on expressiveness and the morphing features that allow you to create movement from one sound to another in the same preset. PolyBrute also integrates absolute level digital effects, a multifunctional modulation matrix and three LFOs. Each of the more than 350 presets contains two parts that can be mixed and transformed, simultaneously and fluidly modifying each parameter. PolyBrute also has an intuitive Motion Recorder that allows you to record any changes or touches, and to reactivate them whenever you want. From its keyboard, to the ribbon controller, PolyBrute has been designed to offer synth lovers the most expressive instrument possible. The “Morphée” touchpad combines a capacitive sensor and an XYZ motion sensor, allowing you to use each sound created to send different signals, each of which can be assigned to any parameter you want. PolyBrute offers musicians access to a timeless polyphonic synthesis experience, arousing the same magic and creativity of the iconic instruments of the past, with a series of totally modern features and musical potential. Each preset has two different states and the transformation from one to the other brings a new dimension to the modern sound designer. This allows you to experiment, explore, transform and perform with totally new, unique and suggestive sounds. The user interface is equipped with intuitive parameters and controls. The modulation matrix offers 32 customizable destinations for each patch. The PolyBrute matrix can operate in a variety of modes, offering unparalleled control and depth for creating unique sounds. First, the Preset mode allows you to select any of the 768 preset positions on the synth. Modulation mode offers the ability to scroll through four pages of modulation assignments. Choose the modulation slot and touch the parameter you want to modulate: all in an extremely easy and intuitive way. The PolyBrute Editor software allows you to connect directly to the computer to check or modify parameters in real time. Arturia makes powerful hardware synthesizers but has an equally excellent reputation for software. With this in mind, they brought some of their most popular digital effects to PolyBrute directly from the Pigments software synthesizer.
