Originally introduced in 1988, the PRS CE became an essential model of the PRS line, offering a fast response thanks to the bolt-on construction. The SE CE 24 Standard Satin is the most affordable CE model, combining an all-mahogany body with a bolt-on maple handle. The body features a subtle satin finish that makes the instrument highly resonant, while the semi-gloss finish of the maple neck offers a soft feel. The PRS 85/15 “S” pickups are characterized by an extended treble range and clear and balanced bass, while the tone control has push/pull that adds the versatility of the coil-tap.
