The difference in terms of presence on the bass and detail on the high frequencies is astounding.
On the other hand, high-end analog equipment is often prohibitively expensive for most projects and home studios. Our mission is to empower as many people as possible to record and mix with real analog products.

'2A style compressor - Affordable.

No plug-in or other type of processor can return the same heat, the same 'fluid' sound as a classic '2A' style optical compressor. For decades, this type of compressor has been the most sought after for processing voice, bass and many other types of instruments, thanks to its sweet and velvety character.
Producing the WA-2A at prices that are not accessible to everyone would have been useless. From the first steps in professional audio, Warm Audio has set itself the goal of providing products of absolute quality at reasonable prices, accessible to as many people as possible.
