EKO POWER BLEND MAGNETIC + MIC

Eko Guitars PowerBlend PB01 is a pickup with two systems: Magnetic (humbucker) and condenser microphone; the function of the Magnetic pickup is to collect the sound from the strings during the performance, while the microphone, in addition to making the response to the guitar sound itself more faithful, makes it possible to use the guitar as a percussive instrument, using the most modern techniques for the instrument. The Magnetic+Microphone sound combination gives a full, full-bodied, warm and powerful sound. PB01 is suitable for acoustic guitars with a hole size from 90mm to 105mm and is easy to install, it can be installed permanently or temporarily without the need to make changes to the instrument. The 3V battery can be used for 105 hours continuously: remember to disconnect the jack whenever the amplified instrument is not used

TEMPORARY INSTALLATION (TEST OR TRIAL):
1. Loosen the strings.
2. Insert put the pickup in the hole and let out the output jack.
3. retune the guitar and connect the output jack to the? amplification after you're ready

PERMANENT INSTALLATION:
1. Prepare the instrument by loosening the strings completely.
2. Make a 12mm hole with the drill in the bottom of the tool at the wooden block; remove the nut from the output jack and then insert the output jack into the hole drilled, adjusting the end screw.
3. Fix the cables to the inside of the guitar using the supplied strap.
4. Reassemble the strings and tune

PRECAUTIONS
- Read the manual before the? usage
- Be careful not to tighten the pickup screws on the hole too much and avoid damaging the paint
- Be careful not to leave the rubber cable resting on the guitar finish for a long time
- Any modification (or opening of the pickup that has a sealed enclosure) to the product will void the warranty - Store at?

- Keep the battery in a dry and cool place, and away from metal objects
- Remove the battery to avoid losing the charge if you are not using the pick-up for a long period of time.
- The warranty expires if you do not use original accessories.
