11102-01-Z Jazz Model humbuckers offer a bright, clear tone that's great for adding clarity to neck position leads, playing rhythmically clean, or reviving a dark-sounding guitar. The Jazz model is an incredibly versatile humbucker that works with almost any musical style. A 5-bar Alnico magnet and a special wind coil give the Jazz model's neck a glassy sharp response and full, tight bass, while hollowed mids help each note sing clearly even with extremely high gain - or even more extreme speed. The Jazz Model bridge features a single spiral wind to offer a bridge tone with an emphasis on treble, a nice tight bottom, and a quiet midrange. The result is a clear, bright humbucker that will really make the biggest chords shine and make the notes look single and crisp. Hand-built in our Santa Barbara, California factory, the Jazz model humbuckers are equipped with a 5 bar alnico magnet, nickel-plated silver bottom plate, 4-conductor conductor wire for multiple wiring options, and are vacuum-packed in wax jar for squeak-free performance.
