'Helix Bowl. Once again, one of Meinl's innovations has arrived: the new Helix Bowl consists of a steel spiral welded to a hemisphere. The Helix Bowl can be hit with a metal rod. By moving the instrument, a deep and resonant wah wah effect similar to that of the MEINL birimbao is obtained. Developed in collaboration with Bill Saragossa.
