Volca Sample has everything you need to create the music you prefer. It's small and you can take it with you everywhere! It is an advanced sampler, with a sound engine capable of 8 polyphony voices, a digital reverb, a powerful double filter and numerous potentiometers to interact in real time on the editing parameters of your sounds. The volca sample 2 USB weighs only 372 grams (batteries not included), is powered by 6 AA batteries and has an integrated amplified audio speaker to play wherever you want. In addition, thanks to the USB port, SYNC input and output and the MIDI jack IN DIN format, this instrument becomes an excellent sound ally for your work in the recording studio and/or on stage. USB connection for faster sample management

The micro USB port integrated in the volca sample 2 allows you to connect it to your computer to control it and to manage your samples. You can control, synchronize and play your volca sample 2 from any DAW software. In addition, individual MIDI channels can be assigned to different parts, allowing you to play more easily and articulated with sequencers or keyboards

Simplified Management of Samples and Patterns on the Computer

With the volca sample 2 Librarian software (available for Mac and PC via download from the KORG website) you can use the USB port to manage, send and receive your audio samples and patterns almost instantly. You can also use the AudioPocket iOS app to record your sounds on the fly and then transfer them directly to your

New Functions for your Beat

- The Pattern Chain mode with 2 different STEP JUMP modes

- Start delay: go “off the grid” with the new start delay function that will allow you to play particular grooves and swing on the parts of your sequence.

KORG volca sample 2 USB has an enhanced memory, as many as 200 memory slots: twice as many as the previous model. 50 have been left empty, to allow you to immediately import your sounds, or the libraries created previously. 6 more, that is, 16 instead of 10, are the Pattern memories available. volca sample 2 USB comes with a new sound equipment that has been carefully programmed and selected to satisfy the current sound needs of beat makers of any musical genre. This is a selection of 150 sounds, which include audio samples that cover the most recent EDM genres: Future bass, Trap, Lo-Fi Hip-Hop
