When tuning in orchestra, clarinetists always face the challenge of obtaining the tuning desired by the conductor. The combination of personal mouthpiece, reeds, ligature and mouthpiece allow only limited adjustment. The JUPITER INTONICATM barrel offers three different base lengths (63, 65, 67 mm), which greatly improve proper tuning and open up more possibilities as a base for tuning.
