The post-WWII D-28 looked slightly different from the previous one and became the fulcrum of folk and folk-rock movements at their peak in the 1950s and 60s,” says Chris Martin, president and CEO Martin Guitar, “We took the best features of the D-28 from my grandfather's time and my father's time.” The new D-28 combines the rich history of the guitar with Martin's most famous innovations and innovations. The 184-year-old guitar maker has brought together vintage features, including open gear mechanics, aged finish, distinctive antique white elements and turtle-like pickguard with a new neck profile to offer D-28 enthusiasts a rno feel mode and comfortable playability. Martin also added a chain moved forward to make the top vibrate more.
