The ultimate jumbo Guild is here: F-55E Maple ATB made in USA, features a selected solid Sitka spruce top with arched flamed maple bottom and flamed maple bands. Produced on the arc press present in the Guild factory since 1985, F-55E Maple ATB offers defined and brilliant highs and an articulated mid-range perfect for a harp-style sound much appreciated by musicians. Maple, due to its characteristics, is able to stand out from other essences for its excellent control of medium-low frequencies and a strong personality on high frequencies. The elegant finishes include the classic Guild “V-block” inlays on an Ebony fretboard, the three-piece C-profile mahogany neck with central walnut reinforcement (Walnut), the bone nut is 43 mm, the instrument scale is 651 mm, the bindings and purflings are in ABS, gold-plated hardware, the gold-plated Gotoh SE700 mechanics complete the equipment, a beautiful glossy lacquer finish in Antique Sunburst nitrocellulose and the excellent construction quality make this instrument one of the most interesting jumbo by Guild.
