The idea of integrating Sire into bass began with the P7, being the first of several series with P+J characteristics. Equipped with the Marcus Signature pickup set, this hybrid instrument is capable of reproducing both distinctive bass sounds and classic jazz tones. Sire's standard PJ bass is further improved with the swamp ash variant, which now also features a toasted maple neck with the characteristic Edgeless. Equipped with Marcus Miller-approved hardware and electronics, the P8 offers the best in terms of sound and experience. Comes with official Sire carrying case.
