Genelec 8331APM SAM.
The 8331APM SAM (Smart Active Monitor) is a Genelec nearfield triamplified active studio monitor. The 8331APM SAM features two 5 3/4" oval woofers with 72W RMS power amplifier, a 3 1/2" midrange with 36W amplifier and a metal tweeter with 36W RMS amplifier. The midrange and tweeter have a coaxial design, while the cones are all moved by class D amplifiers. This studio monitor has a frequency response of 45Hz-37kHz. The 8331APM SAM has two CAT-5 connections to connect to the computer and control the speakers through a GLC (Genelec Loudspeakers Control) system. The product is equipped with an ISO-pod stand and numerous technologies, including SAM, AW, MDE, MDC, DCW, ISS and active crossovers. The crossover frequency between woofer and midrange is 500 Hz, while that between midrange and tweeter is 3 kHz. The product is sold individually
