The HS5MP are Yamaha nearfield biamplified active studio monitors. The Yamaha HS5MP have a 5" wavy cardboard cone with a 45W class D power amplifier and a 1" dome tweeter with a 25W power amplifier. These studio monitors have a frequency response of 54Hz - 30kHz (-10dB) or 74Hz - 24kHz (-3dB), while the

crossover frequency is 2kHz.
