The Alesis Strike Amp 8 MKII is a high-performance bi-amplified speaker designed specifically for electronic drums. The output power is 2000 watts, so you have enough space for almost any performance or test. The 8-inch woofer and 1-inch high-frequency compression driver are tuned to achieve a flat response across the entire frequency spectrum to provide the most accurate and authentic representation of acoustic and electronic drum sounds. The Strike Amp 8 MK2's performance is exceptional, with a maximum SPL of 130 dB and a frequency range from 52 Hz to 20 kHz, wide enough to reproduce the bass sound of the bass drum, up to the high-pitched snap of the snare drum.

The Strike Amp 8 MKI I has two XLR + 1/4" combo inputs for connecting electronic drums and/or a multipad instrument, each with its own independent volume controls. You can also wirelessly connect a mobile device to the Strike Amp 8 MK2 via Bluetooth, so you can stream music wirelessly during rehearsals or breaks in the set. There is also an XLR output to concatenate more than one speaker or to send the Strike Amp signal to a front of house mix.

and rehearsal rooms can easily create dense and confusing mixes, as the lower frequencies of the different instruments collide with each other; the Strike Amp 8 MK2 is equipped with a switch of HPF equalization to quickly eliminate annoying frequencies and ensure that each instrument fits perfectly into the mix. Unwanted electrical noises can also be a common problem; the Strike Amp 8 MK2's ground lift switch can eliminate hum from ground loops.

Combination of light weight and strength

Strike Amp 8 MKII is robust and, at the same time, light and easy to carry (21 pounds/9.53 kg), making loading at the concert or in the rehearsal room more ugrave; easy than ever. While it is possible to use Strike Amp 8 MK2 in its wedge position, its versatile design allows it to also be used in an upright position or on a stand, making it easier to direct sound wherever it is needed, which is especially useful at outdoor concerts or other places where the PA backline is limited.
