Most electric guitars use passive pickups with high impedance output. The use of cables longer than 6 meters leads to a tonal degradation usually at high frequencies; a phenomenon that tends to worsen when using longer cables. The BUFFER increases the signal on long cables to avoid precisely this tonal alteration, keeping the sound clear and clean even with the pedal off. The ULTRA BUFFER improves sound quality in Bypass mode, to maintain audio quality even when using long cables to connect the tuner or installing it in an articulated rack effect set up. On Pitchblack X Pro, it is possible to select the TRUE BYPASS or the ULTRA BUFFER, based on personal tastes and needs

Pitchblack X Pro is equipped with rack-mount adapters, which can be easily removed and installed at the bottom of the unit as supports for its use on the floor; Jack output connectors are available on both panels: front and rear, to facilitate its interfacing with the other effects of the set up.

Pitchblack X Pro has a series of multicolored LEDs with exceptional visibility. Available colors include the gradation from blue to red, the gradation from green to red, and the single-color gradation for cyan, green and blue for a total of five color types. This allows you to select ideal colors and their combinations to match the studio or stage lighting

Useful cable verification function By connecting a Jack to the

INPUT 1 and CABLE CHECK jacks, it is possible to activate the CABLE CHECK function to check for a possible short circuit in the cables. This function is a great help in preventing cable problems in operational situations such as on stage or in the studio.
