Wordclock generator. ART SyncGen is an affordable, easy-to-use solution to improve the performance of your digital recording equipment and eliminate the seemingly random pops and clicks that result from synchronization errors in recording systems. A wordclock generator allows you to centralize all the timings of the various digital equipment, reducing the accumulation of timing errors between the individual units that make up a digital recording chain. Designed for maximum versatility, the ART SyncGen provides a stable accurate time reference to the sample and is able to connect to other digital audio equipment via BNC wordclock or coaxial S/PDIF. The ART SyncGen also acts as a system tester confirming the status of BNC wordclock cables and terminations and is able to verify which equipment is internally terminated. The ART SyncGen also tests the correctness of the wiring to ensure total system accuracy. Stable and accurate time reference. Sample rates 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88.2 kHz, 96 kHz, 176 kHz, 192 kHz. Four high current 5 Volt BNC Wordclock outputs. Two Zero Bit Digital Black S/PDIF outputs on RCA coaxial connectors. LED indicators monitor the terminations and the operating status of the BNC outputs. Digital display of the sample rate with large, easy-to-read characters.
