Right of Withdrawal

Beneficiaries

The natural person, in other words the consumer, has the right to withdraw the product/s within 14 working days after receiving the shipment using a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt in order to get a refund of the same amount paid (shipping and insurance cost excluded).
Are to be considered not refundable:

• customized products
• audiovisual products or sealed softwares opened by the customer
• books, magazines and papers
• audio interfaces with dedicated software

After receiving the communication of withdrawal both parts are free from their obligations deriving from the contract or the contractual offer.

Returns policy

All products can be returned if:

• The goods are intact.
• The goods are sent back in their original packaging.
• The shipment is carriage paid and not cash on delivery.
• The bill of lading is inside the package (follow this link to get back to your order history and print one)
